"Using the mobile site was kind of a pain"
I tried browsing common-ground.com on my phone and it was frustrating because the pages took a while to load, a few buttons were annoying to tap, and I kept having to zoom in just to read things properly, so while the site technically works, it really feels clunky on mobile and I hope they clean it up soon.
"Booking felt a bit annoying"
Honestly , the whole process felt like it had more steps than it needed . I was just trying to place an order , but the booking part wasn’t very clear and it got a little frustrating .

"Wish I hadn’t counted on it"
I had a frustrating time with Common Ground, and I regret relying on it when I actually needed it to work. Sometimes it loaded fine, but other times pages wouldn’t open properly or the whole thing would just freeze for no clear reason.
I can deal with the occasional small bug, but when a site feels this unreliable, it gets old really fast. I ended up wasting time coming back and trying again later, and I wouldn’t feel comfortable trusting it for anything important
"Still not resolved, and I’ve lost trust"
I had an issue and contacted them a few times, but it felt like I was just going in circles. The replies took ages and never really solved anything. I ended up wasting a lot of time with no proper answer, and at this point I don’t really trust them to sort things out anymore.

"Personalization felt pointless"
I gave common-ground.com a try because the whole personalization thing sounded like it might actually be useful, but it really didn’t feel that way. The suggestions were weirdly off and kept showing me stuff that had nothing to do with what I’d picked. I changed my preferences a few times, and after a while it felt like I was begging the site to understand me, which just made me annoyed and a little resentful. In the end, it felt like a basic site acting like it was tailored to me. Not worth the time.

"Something felt off"
I wouldn’t recommend it. I tried it out hoping it would be decent, but the whole thing just didn’t feel worth it. A few things seemed a little questionable to me, and I couldn’t shake the feeling that I was being sold more than I was actually being helped.

"So, customer service was really bad"
So, I reached out to common-ground.com for help with what should’ve been a simple issue, but it took days to hear back. When they finally replied, it felt like they hadn’t even read what I wrote. I had to explain the same thing all over again, and even then I didn’t get a real solution. Just a really frustrating experience, and I don’t see myself using them again.

"Site kept crapping out"
The pages were painfully slow, and checkout glitched on me twice. it was a total pain in the ass and made the whole thing feel way more annoying than it needed to be.

"More frustrating than helpful"
I tried common-ground.com after seeing it recommended, hoping it would make things a little easier or help me find useful info. Instead, I spent more time trying to figure out where things were than actually getting anything out of it. The pages felt confusing, and the information I needed wasn’t easy to find. Maybe it clicks for other people, but for me it was a reminder that a tool is only useful if it actually saves you time and stress. I probably wouldn’t use it again.

"My order arrived way later than it was..."
My order arrived way later than it was supposed to, and I barely got any helpful updates along the way. I kept having to check the status myself, which got frustrating. When I reached out to support, it felt like they were blaming me for not keeping track of it better instead of actually helping. Not the best first experience with this site

From what I remember, canceling was a frustrating process. It felt like it dragged on way longer than it should have, and I was just ready to be done with it.

"Charged Even After Payment Failed"
My payment showed as failed, but I still ended up getting charged anyway. I reached out to billing support expecting a quick fix, but it dragged on way longer than it should have. it made me wary of trusting customer service to actually sort things out when there’s a problem

"I ended up raising my concerns"
I really didn’t feel comfortable using this site. A few things weren’t explained clearly, and I couldn’t tell what information was reliable or what I was supposed to trust. At first I thought maybe I was just missing something, but the more I looked around, the less confident I felt. I eventually felt like I needed to escalate my concerns because the whole experience just didn’t feel trustworthy to me. Maybe other people have had a better time with it, but I wouldn’t use it again...

"Looks nice, but not screen reader friendly"
I’m sure the app is great if you can actually navigate it, but using it with a screen reader was frustrating. A bunch of the buttons weren’t labeled, so I had no idea what I was clicking on and ended up giving up quickly.

I tried to make an account, but it kept freezing or getting stuck right after the email verification step. I tried a few times and eventually just gave up. Maybe there’s some fix, but I don’t really trust customer service to sort it out quickly, so it wasn’t worth the hassle. Frustrating first impression

"The vibe just didn’t feel right"
I joined thinking it would be a friendly, welcoming community, but quickly my gut was telling me something was off. It didn’t have that easy, comfortable feel I was hoping for.
A lot of people seemed kind of cliquey, and when I asked basic questions, the replies came across cold or like I was bothering them. Maybe they didn’t mean it that way, but it definitely made me second-guess being there.
I’m sure some people might have a totally different experience, but I’ve learned to trust my instinct with stuff like this. It just didn’t feel like a place I wanted to stick around, so I left quickly...

I waited a really long time to hear back and wasn’t sure if I was just being impatient, but it felt like nothing was happening. In the end, I didn’t really get the help I needed.
